Frequent Asked Questions

How long does it take the herbal teas to take effect?

Herbal tea treatments are a form of homeopathic medicine meaning it isn’t like a pill where you take one and it temporary suppresses the symptoms. Herbal teas have to be taken consistently in order to reap the benefits. Combining a consistent herbal tea programme with a healthy lifestyle will result in the full effects of the herbal teas. Other practices such as fasting, exercising and clean eating will also magnify the effects of the herbal teas.

Are all herbal teabags natural and safe for all?

Yes, we take pride in sourcing
the highest quality teas packaged in natural unbleached teabags. All our herbal
teas contain 100% of the herb and there are no additions or added ingredients.
Our herbal teas are suitable for all but any pregnant women or women
breastfeeding should always seek advise from their medical practitioner prior
to beginning any treatments.

Can I drink herbal teas if I’m not physically ill?

Yes of course. We believe that healing is an eternal process and shouldn’t only be carried out when you feel symptoms. Our body is constantly working hard to process and digest food, regulate several processes whilst ensuring growth, cleansing and protecting the body from foreign invaders and bacteria. All these processes can be aided with herbal teas by providing further support to your body allowing to do what it needs to do efficiently.

Do the herbal teas taste nice?

Herbals teas are an acquired taste, meaning the more you drink the better it tastes. Although some of the more tonic herbs seem to have a bitter taste, which is actually beneficial for triggering digestive enzymes and saliva, adding a drop of natural honey can counteract
the bitter taste, making it a lot more palatable.
